根据 改进而来。 延长了上层飞行甲板，取消了舰桥，显著增加了甲板飞机的容量。将原本的雷达电探装置移动到舰船侧方，开拓了飞行甲板的视野。 调整了弹射器位置，现4具弹射器已经全部前置于上层飞行甲板。 掏空了中层前置舰岛，使得中层机库可以容纳更多飞机。 增加了8门美系152柱式火炮，分别安装于舰体左右舷，增加多门点五零机枪，显著提升舰船自卫火力。 移除部分吊机，在舰尾处增加倾斜导轨平台，现在水机可以在不用借助吊机的情况下自行完成回收作业，降低了回收工作的容错率，提升舰船持续输出战力的稳定性。
