舰体来自猫佬的日本大型驱逐舰舰体 “祥瑞” 雪风是日本于二战前建造的甲型驱逐舰中的阳炎级的一艘，1938年8月开工，次年3月24日下水并被命名，40年1月20号竣工，后被配属到第二舰队第2水雷战队，是包括阳炎级、夕云级在内所有甲型驱逐舰中唯一幸存到二战结束的（由于经常投入激战区，令日本海军的驱逐舰损耗率极高）。该舰以令人难以置信的好运气闻名日本联合舰队，是著名的联合舰队中的“两大祥瑞”之一“功勋舰”、“奇迹之幸运舰”(因为每次轮到雪风出击总是捞回一大批舰船被击沉的落水友军)。它参加了太平洋战役的几乎全部战役，自身从未受到严重损伤，阵亡不到10人。日本投降后被改名丹阳号，加入中华民国海军，...
