Nmrih's 686 has always annoyed me(as well as a few friends) with its missing shell extractor (that leaves a massive hole in the cylinder), odd proportions on a few parts(like the recoil shield), weird speed-loader and wtih a rather unrealistic reload animation... So, I decided to fix these issues...
