Adjustable Perk Reroll
No setting require a new game to take effect. The mod doesn’t overwrite scripts, making it more compatible with other mods. However, it’s not compatible with mods that affect the perk reroll machines in any way. A rewrite of Adjustable Reroll Machines, since it didn't fit my needs.
