Fire Immunity Means Lava Immunity (defunct)

The Fire Immunity perk also grants Lava Immunity. I just did this as a one-off over a year ago - it might not work anymore. Anyone who wants to do their own mod with the code I used is welcome to. Thanks to @Velken Iakov for the Lava and Curse Immunity mod from which I used code!
