PermaDamage
Very simple mod that causes any damage you take to decrease your max hp by the same amount, effectively causing the damage to be permanent. Your max HP can still increase in all the normal ways, and all healing is unaffected.

How do I install PermaDamage?
Install the matching loader first, then put the downloaded file in your mods folder and start the game. The loader, the mod and Noita all have to be on the same version, which is the usual reason a mod does not appear in game.
