Confrontation but you only get Ifrits (and enough to buy one). Added a bunch of helipads to each airbase. Slightly higher AI aircraft, but it removes (and adds) a full 1 per player per side anyway. Added CRAMs and Stratolances to each main airport. No additional hangars were added so the highway...
