Chaos Saffron
Adds a new Saffron loadout featuring the incredibly busted Wonder Bracer. This was a dumb idea I made in a couple of hours and spent most of them on making the icon rather than the weapon itself. The weapon preview doesn't work correctly, but I can't do anything about that. Enjoy!
