My OC. Sprites are a recolor of Selicy's alt costume. No custom spells yet. Custom weapon, and two loadouts, each with a custom starting artifact. PS: Overcharged Capacitor also affects Breakout, Circuit, Resonate, and the artifacts Baz's Whip and Mjolnir.
