...Also some hard-coded hell pass stuff that can't be removed. Hell Pass 1 gives enemies 1 random artifact, Hell Pass 2 adds more enemies/structures, Hell Pass 4 removes heals from sparing, and Hell Pass 6 gives enemies another random artifact.
