默认的脱盐器耗电和产热都高得一塌糊涂，但是工作效率却只有净水器的一半... 看着跑不满速度的液体管道真心烦，而且盐满了还要复制人去抠盐 此Mod旨在让脱盐器能全速运行 之前暴力放大4倍的Mod在运行时，观察到脱盐器会运行一会停一会 放大到2倍速率观察了下，应该是运行6s停6s 看了眼代码，想要让脱盐器不停的话，需要让输入速率和消耗速率匹配，并且内部不能为空 默认情况下，水管的输入速率是10kg/s，于是在这个Mod也改成了这个数值（原生脱盐器只有5kg/s） 保留了输出水的温度至少为0度的功能 脱盐器的产热也可配置（不过默认是没有修改的）
