A pretty bad recreation of the original Mario Bros. 1-1 level, with minor tweaks to make it "Paint The Town Redabble" such as weapons like swords, ninja stars, bats, nun-chucks, etc. The enemies are umm...goombas? And koopa-troopas? Yeah let's just go with that.
