A captain of the Grand Army of the Republic. He is equiped with Phase I ARC armor and two modified DC-17 Blaster Pistols. To fire, find the invisible weapon near the muzzle of the gun. It has lethal and non lethal fire modes. To toggle the range finder, activate the head. No mods required.
