In my mind, I made this especially for the new DLC "Studios Pack" (I haven't bought it yet, not sure that my computer can work it?). Only elements of the base game here but if you want, you can add some stuff from the new dlc on this creation inspired by NY apartments. Maybe build an hotel in it?...
