Welcome to Jacobi State Prison It's an empty prison build at alpha 16. It contains all the available rooms aslong as: 30 maximum prisoner cells 35 medium prisoner cells 65 minimum prisoner cells which are total 130 cells. They are separated into a mid/min and a max cell block.
