My first mod- and a simple one. A few guns do less damage. Why would prisons even have live, full on ammunition around!? Fatalities can still happen, but are far less likely than a knock-out. -Shotgun damage reduced from 25 (125% of a prisoner's HP, and and 1-shot) to 15 (75% of a prisoner's HP.)...
