Mod allows higher/lower Heater temperature for all Vehicles so it works much better if you play with Harsh Weather mods. Works in MP, did not found any incompatibilites with Vehicle Mods. It still take some Time to heat or cool the Interior so its not a Turn on and its hot or cold inside the Car...
