UPDATED FOR B42.20.4 Its just items, no "arrest" functions. Cuffs might be harder to find than in B41, I didnt change any spawn chance, but B42 definately just has tons of new stuff in loot tables. Hi! You can use this mod alone as decorative cuffs (character can put them on and off by themself)...
