Reload magazines directly from fanny packs (or any inventory item that is equipped on the FannyPackFront or FannyPackBack slot). For example, tactical vests from the Brita's Armor Pack mod are compatible as they use these slots. This mod was made and tested on B41. Maybe/probably it works on B42...
