六枝南站，位于中国贵州省六盘水市境内，是中国铁路成都局集团有限公司管辖的铁路车站，也是安六高速铁路由东至西进入六盘水市的第一个站点 。 六枝南站建于2019年1月 ；于2020年7月8日随着安六高速铁路的开通运营而投入使用 。截至2020年7月，六枝南站站场规模2台6线，站房建筑面积9862平方米 。 在2025年3月，完成沪昆铁路与安六城际的大陡坡联络线；同年4月，完成1号轨道的电网改造。此后，安六城际承担了沪昆铁路安顺-六盘水段的运营，即六枝南可办理高铁、普铁业务。
