A dark, dingy refinery filled with pipes and towering chimneys. A facility consisting of underground tunnels and industrial arrays lit up by lanterns. IMPORTANT: -This mod requires the Watcher DLC to work. -The rifts to the region can be found in: WTDA_B04, WARC_A08 and WSKA_D27.
