REQUIRES EA30 OR NEWER Disables that one type of blood splatter that can't be disabled from the in-game settings. Okay, apparently Steel made it so that you can disable it through the options. I'll keep this up just for the weirdos who want no impact but want the vanilla decals and blobs.
