强烈建议按顺序游玩复国战争系列场景后再游玩番外篇。 收复全国后，残余的叛军选择逃往国外。不久后邻国爆发了大规模的武装叛乱，当地政府无力抵抗叛军的疯狂进攻已退守西南并请求国际社会支援。 鉴于我方行动的大获全胜以及其他因素，国际社会决定派你率领国际志愿军开赴战区。 但当地民众对外国势力极度反感，逼迫当地政府对我方行动进行了大量限制（见地图特性）。好在本次行动得到国际社会支持，我方将获得稳定资金支持。 注：由于发布时出现错误，删掉了原复国战争3.0场景，在此表示歉意。 已亲测可以通关。
