在歷經漫長的戰爭後，國家總算獲得盼望已久的和平，將帝國軍驅逐出境，但是國內因曠日持久的戰爭而殘破，人民對於貪腐的政府以及崩潰的經濟極度不滿，導致大量人民投靠了戰爭之前主打新經濟體系改革的反叛勢力。身為將軍，你的目標是盡可能地重建當地的經濟，並且抵擋反抗組織，你能夠做得到嗎？失望的人民還會再一次相信政府軍嗎？ 此版本較舊，且暫時不再更新，作者將全力先更新英文版本。想玩的朋友可以先玩英文版，或是讓我知道你們想玩中文版，中文版太少人玩了。
