This is the closest I can get for the time being. Hopefully ingredients like Sichuan Pepper, spring onion, (spicy soybean) paste, red onion, ground pork, different kinds of tofu (Mapo Doufu requires hard tofu), starch and starch water, and oyster sauce can be made available :)
