天工铸造3 CeleTech Arsenal MkIII 天工的新的更新里面，把空调的造价调贵了，咱坐轮椅坐习惯了，不想花高级零部件吹空调。于是做了这个小补丁，把空调造价调回去了。这是咱第一次写mod，不懂规矩，所有内容都是复制粘贴来的。如果有任何不妥，咱会改的 This mod decrease the cost of AC in CeleTech Arsenal MKIII.
