更多许可点（原版派系扩展-帝国用） MOD介绍： 让玩家在爵位升级时能够获得更多的许可点数，可以点完所有额外许可的同时还能空余出几个许可点数点空投原材料。 原版帝国扩展出来了，试了一下，我居然点不完需要的许可，这能忍吗？这不能忍！ 我立马复制粘贴，参考mod来源于Ali's Better Royal Titles 跟类似的mod的话用排序在后面的会覆盖在前面的生效，除此之外应该没有不兼容的问题（不要原版帝国派系扩展mod也能用但是会多出许可，推荐直接用我的参考mod就行，可以用在1.4）
