This is a fictional locomotive, taking extremely heavy (pretty much 100% except the part about using diagrams) from the PRR O-1 Class of electric locomotives. This series of locomotives was built for Breech Island Eastern in 1930 by Breech Island Works. I might put more lore here, probably won't....
