この闘技場には、通常とは逆の特殊なルールが存在する。 それは、身につけている装備が多いほど戦闘力が下がるというもの。 武器や防具だけでなく、服や装飾品までも「装備」として扱われるため、重装備の戦士ほど不利になる。 逆にほとんど何も身につけていない者ほど本来の力を発揮できるのだ。
