It's Jack from MadWorld and Anarchy Reigns. Since I didn't find one on the Workshop, I decided to make one myself. The visual is a mix of the two, and he's colored like in Anarchy Reigns. If you want him like in MadWorld, just give him the "Black and White" adjective.
