Since my last Ticci-Toby was so popular (even tho it wasnt very good) I descided to make a new and improved one! Ticci Toby is a popular creepypasta character by Kastoway, he will attack police and "family", but not the player unless provoked (He'll also eat sweet foods). I hope you all enjoy :3
