Copy the XBus input1 packets to the XBus output1, and copy input2 to output2. Only, you can only run one trace from the left to the right half of the board. Intended solution has 9 cost, 2813 power, 18 lines. Alternate solution: 12 cost, 2814 power, 16 lines.
