这个mod新增了一个新文明千年科技学院和对应的领袖优香（没包人） 写在前面：在我不断的摸鱼之下第二个mod也算是正式完工了，这次做的是一个以科技为主的学院，但是因为我确实没有什么好的想法，所以说加成可能比较简单粗暴，这个就请见谅了） 顺便一提，这个mod的初稿其实并没有这么强（在最开始的时候只有总计+15%的科技加成并且领袖特性只到移除地貌加成那里，工程师部只有与学院相邻的+2生产力），但是由于我和我的朋友的mod大乱斗中被虹霓文花的深绿结界暴打因此一怒之下加强了这个mod角色（同样的可能有点破坏平衡） 2/27 13:30平衡补丁 删除了工程师部关于千年巨塔的+3相邻加成，修改为为相邻...
