此MOC是由玫瑰少年傻白苦赞助悸动战士为傻白自己制作的政策卡MOD，设计这个MOD的初衷是因为我目前还是个只玩了130小时的真·菜鸟，我古典时代开局迅速铺了四座城，城市里修建了很多靠金币维护的建筑，另外招募了7个部队，于是导致每回合金币变成负收入，有点难受；所以此MOD的效果就是：您的每位城邦使者提供+2.5金币。 是一张到古典时代就自动解锁的橙色经济政策卡，非常的实用，适合所有新手小白。 最后，不管你有没有资料片（哪怕是没有任何资料片，只有标准版），你都能订阅并使此MOD生效，请放心使用。未来我会发布更多有趣的小模组，只求大家开心。
