删除了改良的限制性条件，现在陆地上的改良设施能建造在任意地形、任意地貌上且不会移除地貌，并能正确改良单元格上的资源。 没有删除前置科文条件，比如矿山还是需要解锁采矿业才能造，但可以造在平地上。 产出的提高仍需要前置科文，比如三角田的加产仍然需要封建主义。 不能把改良拍在山上。 不涉及渔船和海上钻井平台的改动。 本MOD为改良设施提供了这些操作： 平地起矿、沙上种田、无马放牧、内陆长城、铁上种植园（可以得到铁，且享受节庆女神效果）
