With this mod enabled, all leaders will have a full Randomized agenda. For example, Gandhi will not have more chance to get Nuke Happy than any other random agenda. This mod is a simple part of my bigger mod, aiming to add more diversity into the agenda game : You don't have to subscribe to both....
