When playing a custom run with multiple off-class cards enabled, your shops can only have cards from your base class and the first off-class in the list. This is due to a bug with CharacterCards.ModifyMerchantCardPool. Probably MegaCrit will just fix this soon, but for now, this mod allows cards...
