Nob is a character made by FlipLaScript. I uploaded Nob on my end due to technical difficulties. I also added the following balance changes to make Nob tournament legal for the Smack Shack Rebirth: + Forward air autocancel window added from frames 1-2 and 15-20. Landing lag reduced from 11 to 7....
