THIS IS UNFINISHED Pretty much just wanted the kaiserreich Borders in the mod, will continue to work on it later. Feel free to modify the mod however You can also steal the flags if you want 0.1 - Added a bunch of flags 0.2 - Europe is mostly finished 0.3 USA is done in terms of pop and resources
