This simple mod gives Cobblestone Roads the same 10% speed multiplier as Paved Roads. This is an alternative to my 'Balanced Roads' mod, for players who want extra challenge (the other mod increases Paved Road speed to 20%). Note that with this version, Cretonians don't have a 20% road they like....
