AspectJ companion for Farming Expanded. Suppresses the water requirement on crops growing in Closed-Loop Grow Bed tiles (the sealed greenhouse recycles its own water). Pure behavioural patch, no XML, no menu entries. Requires Farming Expanded to do anything.
