Adds the the first extragalactic planet and its star, PA-99-N2 and b (is it even extragalactic? it's outside the andromeda galaxy). I didn't put this for Exorevamp part 3 because that is revamping exoplanets, I just added this one. if u are wondering why. NOTE: this is a slightly modified version...
