Mods the Mechanoid race to make it less micromanagey. Doesn't really succede. Fewer planets to manage but other races just take them adding to conquest chore. Population growth is 1/3 instead of none (can decay too at 40% speed). Having to queue pop is a pain. No pop teleport, just regular coloni...
