Clear Skies
Removes all weathers with the exception of Clear from the surface biomes. Only works on newly generated planets, unfortunately. Should be compatible with FU and TrueUniverse, as those don't touch the default weathers. It won't remove FU's custom weather though... Removing this mod should also be...

Install the matching loader first, then put the downloaded file in your mods folder and start the game. The loader, the mod and Starbound all have to be on the same version, which is the usual reason a mod does not appear in game.
