Earth City Biome 2.0: No gen fix
A patched version of Earth City Biome 2.0 to prevent the cities from spawning (must be terraformed). This is temporarily on the workshop as I need it here for some automated server launch script stuff. Do not subscribe to this, as it will be removed as soon as the official mod is updated.
