Makes the "Moder Tram" faster, it uses the patch method. Changed speed from "17" to "25" of both the "Durasteel Tram" and the "Modern Tram" From some odd reason already placed trams before the use of this patch won't be affected, they have to be picked up and placed again to make them faster. 06/...
