Fix 'Protect NPC' quest
The quest to protect other NPC from a group of random hostiles given by guard tenants is broken since at least 1.4.3, this fixes the quest's script so that it won't throw an error upon killing the target hostiles. This won't fix already bugged quests. Also on SB forums
