Reverts the Cultist General Tentacles cosmetic item back to its old, scrapped look. This is what it looked like prior to Starbound 1.4, back when it was an unused asset. Some adjustments have been made to the original sprite sheet to make it compatible with dyes. Client-side and purely cosmetic.
