Lunar Miner Civilian
Changes the Lunar Miner tenant from a guard into a normal tenant, with a unique (but balanced) rent pool. Because they look too useful to be standing around with pistols out. Should be safe from conflict with other mods. (Miniaturized colony needs from the Themed Colony Deeds mod)
