Turns the Fenerox into a playable race! The Fenerox are a race of humanoid Fennecs found in Savannah biomes. They're a primitive, but very clever bunch. Not compatible with vanilla multiplayer. Requires a species selection expansion, like 'Additional Species 1' from my Workshop items.
